Shipping Limitations
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via US shipping carriers. We provide Free Shipping on all our items. We are not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers.

Exchange and Refund Policy (Online Shop)
Due to the handmade nature of our pottery, all sales are final. Order cancellations are accepted within one hour of placing your order. To initiate an order cancellation, please contact us via our website contact page.If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos for assistance.
